Your rates page is better than most resorts manage.

It is also two clicks and a submenu away, which is the whole of what follows. Nothing below asks you to change a single figure on it.

Summer 2026: 30 May – 13 October 2026Winter 2026/27: 28 November 2026 – 4 April 2027

Both of those are on your home page already, which is more than most operators up here do.

What the site does well

And where it is thin

Seasons

Both, with exact opening and closing dates

Summer 2026 and Winter 2026/27, on the home page, before anything else.

And then nothing else is that clear

The front page is about 1,281 characters in total — a paragraph and a menu.

Rates

A full table, per cabin per night, in Canadian dollars

Columns for one to two people, additional adult, additional child aged 2 to 11, and infant. Plus 5% GST, stated. Yukoner discounts on their own page.

It is two clicks from the front page

Rates is a menu item with a submenu. The best page on the site is the one a visitor is least likely to reach.

Booking

A reservations address that is answered

reservations@ is the right address to publish and it is published everywhere.

There is no form anywhere on the site

So every booking starts as a free-text email, and every reply is a request for the four things a form would already have asked.

What sells the place

Lakefront cabins and villas, a restaurant, a patio, aurora

All of it real and all of it in the galleries.

None of it is on the front page

Lodging, Dining, Activities and Gallery are four menu items. A visitor decides in the first screen whether to open any of them.

Home page 1,281 characters · rates page 3,009 characters · 0 forms anywhere on the site

Already right, and untouched by any of this

  • Exact opening and closing dates for both seasons, published on the home page.
  • A rate table with per-cabin, per-night figures, additional-person columns and tax stated.
  • A resident discount page, which very few operators bother to build.
  • A reservations address rather than a generic inbox.

What would change

01

Put the rate table on the front page

Or a from-figure and a link straight to it. It is the strongest page on the site and it is currently two clicks and a submenu away.

02

A booking form beside it

Dates, cabin, how many adults and children. Those are exactly the columns your own rate table already has, so the form writes itself — and the first reply can be a confirmation rather than four questions.

03

Say what the place is in the first screen

Lakefront cabins, a restaurant, aurora from the deck, open two seasons. One paragraph, above the menu, instead of behind four items of it.

04

Keep everything else exactly as it is

The dates, the table, the discounts and the tax line are all done properly and none of this touches them.
